Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Notice

TopSocial.net provides digital services that are delivered electronically. Because these services may begin processing shortly after payment, refund options are limited once an order has started.

If your order has not yet started and has not been submitted to an SMM provider, we may cancel it and issue a refund or store credit at our discretion. Contact support as soon as possible if you entered incorrect information.

We may consider a refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit in the following cases:

• The order could not be started due to a technical issue on our side.
• The payment was duplicated by mistake.
• The selected service became unavailable before the order started.
• The target link was valid and public, but the provider rejected the order before processing.
• We are unable to provide a reasonable replacement or alternative service.

5. When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available when:

• You provided an incorrect, private, restricted, deleted, changed, or inaccessible link.
• You changed the username, post, channel, privacy settings, or target link after ordering.
• The order has already started, been submitted to a provider, or been partially/completely delivered.
• A social media platform removes, filters, recalculates, or hides delivered engagement.
• You ordered a service for content that violates platform rules or our Terms of Service.
• Delivery is delayed due to provider queue, platform limits, or platform changes outside our control.

6. Minimum Payment Top-Up

Some payment methods have minimum payment requirements. If your order price is lower than the provider minimum, checkout may add a minimum payment top-up. This amount is shown before payment as part of the total amount to pay.

Minimum payment top-ups are payment-processing related and are not a separate order quantity. Refunds of top-ups are handled together with the related order according to this policy.

7. Partial Delivery

If a service is partially delivered, we may review the undelivered portion and decide whether a partial refund, refill, replacement, or credit is appropriate. The delivered portion is not refundable.

8. Refills and Replacements

Some services may include refill or replacement support only if explicitly stated. Refills are not guaranteed for every service and may depend on provider rules, platform availability, and whether the target link remains public and unchanged.

9. How to Request Help

To request a review, contact us at topsocialsupport@gmail.com and include:

• Your order ID or payment reference.
• The email used at checkout.
• The target link.
• A short explanation of the issue.
• Screenshots if they help explain the problem.

We aim to review support requests within 3-5 business days, though complex provider issues may take longer.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before opening a bank, card, or crypto payment dispute. Most issues can be reviewed faster through support. If a chargeback or dispute is opened for an order that was delivered or is in progress, we may suspend further service and provide order records to the payment provider.

11. Processing Fees and Timing

Refund timing depends on the payment provider and payment method. Payment processor fees, network fees, currency conversion costs, or blockchain fees may not be refundable depending on the provider's rules.
