TopSocial.net provides digital promotional services for social media platforms, including views, followers, likes, comments, reactions, members, and similar engagement services. Services are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

Delivery may be fulfilled through external SMM providers and platform-specific delivery systems. Delivery speed, availability, and exact behavior can vary by service, platform, provider capacity, and social media platform limitations.

3. No Platform Affiliation

TopSocial.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Spotify, Twitch, LinkedIn, or any other platform mentioned on this website. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order information before payment, including the correct profile, post, video, channel, invite, or message link. We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery caused by an incorrect, private, restricted, deleted, or changed link.

Your target page or post must be public and accessible when the order is placed.
You must not change usernames, links, privacy settings, or delete the content while the order is processing.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the rules of the relevant platform and local laws.
You must not use our services for fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, illegal content, or misleading activity.

5. Account Security

We never ask for social media passwords, login codes, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or other sensitive credentials. You should never provide passwords to any SMM service. If someone asks for your password while pretending to represent TopSocial.net, do not provide it.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and Cryptomus. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Payment provider fees, minimum payment limits, currency conversion, and network limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.

If a payment provider requires a minimum payment and your order price is below that minimum, the checkout may add a minimum payment top-up. This top-up is shown before payment as part of the total amount to pay.

7. Order Processing

After successful payment, your order may be automatically forwarded to an SMM provider. An order is considered started once it has been accepted by our system or submitted to the provider for fulfillment.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by provider availability, social media platform changes, link accessibility, or other technical factors outside our direct control.

8. No Guaranteed Business Outcome

We do not guarantee revenue, sales, monetization approval, verification, ranking, viral reach, account growth, or any other business result. Social media platforms can remove, reduce, filter, or recalculate engagement at any time.

9. Drops, Refills, and Platform Changes

Some services may include refill or replacement support only when explicitly stated for that service. If a platform removes engagement, changes its algorithm, restricts content, or takes action on an account, this does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled only before they are started or submitted to a provider. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible because the service is digital and may already be in progress.

11. Prohibited Orders

We may refuse, cancel, or stop orders related to illegal content, scams, hate speech, adult exploitation, threats, harassment, malware, phishing, impersonation, or any content that we determine creates legal, safety, or platform policy risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSocial.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of account access, loss of content, changes in social media platform metrics, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

13. Changes to Services and Terms

We may update prices, service descriptions, limits, delivery estimates, supported platforms, providers, and these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
